Hey Everyone!!!

Well, these past few days have been AMAZING! Yesterday, I went to take a tour of Queens University, only to find an acceptance to the University of Toronto in my mailbox when I got home. U of T is where I've wanted to go for years, and I got in! :D

Then today, my parents surprise me with a grad. present. They signed me up for the National Guitar Workshop in LA, June 22-27 for the Progressive Rock seminar with Marty Friedman. Steve Vai, Stu Hamm, Dave LaRue and Micheal Manring will also be at the campus as well. I have less than 20 days of high school left, then I'm off to jam with the greats in LA. Speaking of LA, Derek, any good spots where I can find some nice women? :D

congrats on the college thing. can you give me some info about this guitar clinic in LA? by the way its pretty hard to find good looking girls in LA and usually if you find one shes really a stuck up bitch on the inside. You might want to try the city of thousand oaks, agoura hills, or calabassas but they are quite far from downtown LA. Thanks for the offer, but I'm going to be staying at the housing that is provided for the students of this workshop. All the info is there, and I know for a fact that the Prog-Rock 2002 Seminar isn't full yet, so sign up if you can! And as far as chicks go, meh. It's only for a week. It's always easy to find stupid hot blondes! ;)
